I have created this short coaching programme for new Partners who are curious about exploring the benefits of having a coach to support this new journey.
In this coaching programme, I help my clients to take the first steps to creating new behaviours and mindsets that are aligned with the latest science of success. I set them on a new path in their journey to learning to back themselves as a Partner and becoming psychologically fit for the journey ahead.
What's included:
- 5 weekly or fortnightly 1-hour sessions with Dr Catherine Sykes, online or in person.
- Supporting resources, accessed via an app.
- Online assessments.
